Job Summary

Montajes Electronicos Dorcas S.L.U. is seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team in Valencia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the organization, enabling integration, development, engagement, and support for Dorcas into Allegion H&W Business Unit. This role involves caring for dynamic concerns regarding the full organization in Siete Aguas, Valencia, in line with HR H&W priorities and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the integration of Dorcas HR policies within Allegion HR Community.
  2. Provide HR expertise to Dorcas Leaders, 1st level managers, and Frontline leaders, helping them perform operational needs and KPIs.
  3. Work closely with the team to enhance the integration of HR policies within Allegion HR Community.
  4. Collaborate with the HR Community to harmonize current contracts and benefits to Allegion compensation and benefits policies.
  5. Complete personnel transactions and maintain associated records for Dorcas and Cerraduras.
  6. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support client groups (Workday, StrengthsFinder, and engagement).
  7. Support Talent Management processes, including Succession Planning and Growth Roadmaps.
  8. Provide Talent Acquisition and onboarding support for all hires.
  9. Support talent programs such as internships, co-ops, and other early career talent programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Labor/Industrial Relations, Management, Psychology, or Business.
  • 10+ years of experience in general Human Resources, including employee relations, talent acquisition, and management.
  • Knowledge and experience with Spanish employment law.
  • Skilled at indirect leadership, influencing others, and navigating a matrix organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain an engaged team.
  • Strong technological skills and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in creating dashboards and analyzing data reports.
