Our HR team is a fun and diverse group with various nationalities and personalities. We work hard to make our business feel supported in their daily operations and in their development within G-Star RAW.
As our HR Generalist, you will be in charge of ensuring that our HR operations in France and partly Spain run smoothly. This includes preparing employee documentation, managing employee records, and delivering a complete and accurate overview of monthly changes to the payroll department.
You will also act as a first point of contact for HR policy and HR system-related questions for employees and managers. Additionally, you will perform other frequently occurring administrative and/or operational HR tasks, such as managing leave balances and preparing employer statements.
We are looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, and possibly Spanish. You should be able to see the bigger picture and give suggestions to make things better. You should also be a fun and empathic team player, but also able to work independently.
