About the RoleWe are currently developing our Customer Experience department and are looking for a Customer Experience Agent (trainee) to join our team. As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for liaising with customers and external partners to resolve issues, providing accurate and complete information, and participating in new projects to improve our processes.
You will be working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where you will have the opportunity to grow and develop professionally. We offer a part-time schedule and the possibility to stay 90% from home.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work as part of a team. You will also need to have a good understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel, and be proficient in English and another European language.
We are looking for someone who is studying Tourism or a similar field and has a native or high Italian language level. Experience in customer service will be highly valuable, but not necessary.
