Job Description

We're looking for a Customer Experience Agent (trainee) to join our team. As a trainee, you'll be responsible for liaising with customers and external partners to resolve issues by phone and email.

You'll provide accurate, valid, and complete information, participate in new projects, and resolve customer complaints. You'll also maintain customer service records and have the opportunity to work on process improvement and business continuity plans.

Requirements

You should be studying Tourism or a similar field and have a native or high level of French or Italian. You should also have a high-medium level of English and proficiency in working with English and another European language.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, is required. Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.

Experience in customer service will be highly valuable, but not necessary. We offer a part-time schedule and a dynamic work environment where everyone's ideas are valued and heard.
