About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic editorial team at Fever. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our international communities on social media, creating engaging content, and driving audience growth and engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and reach
  • Create high-quality content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform content decisions
  • Collaborate with the Director of Social Media and Editorial Executives to schedule and promote editorial-sponsored content
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Native-level Spanish and Catalan, with English proficiency
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management or a related field
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends
  • Experience with social media tools and video editing software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
