Global Product Marketing Strategist for B2B SaaS Ecosystem

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a seasoned Global Product Marketing Strategist to join our team at Littlebig Connection in Barcelona or Madrid, Spain. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for driving product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that differentiate our product in the market.
**Estimated Salary:** €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:
You will be based in Spain, reporting directly to the CMO. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate our product in the market.
- Crafting compelling narratives and key messages for product launches, ensuring alignment with our overall brand strategy.
- Collaborating with the product team to translate technical features into clear customer benefits.
- Defining and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new feature releases.
- Working closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop GTM plans that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product rollouts, including developing launch materials and communication plans.
- Analyzing competitor offerings and identifying key differentiators for our product.
- Regularly gathering and reporting on market insights to inform product roadmap and marketing strategies.
- Creating and delivering sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, product sheets, FAQs, and competitive battle cards.
- Training the sales and customer success teams on product positioning, key features, and competitive advantages.
- Developing tools and resources that help the sales team communicate the product value effectively.
- Driving our beta test community to collect customer feedback to influence product development.
- Working closely with customer success to gather insights on how customers use the product and where improvements can be made.
- Providing regular reports to stakeholders on the impact of product marketing efforts.
- Adjusting strategies based on performance data to continuously optimize product positioning and campaigns.
Candidate Profile:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in Product Marketing Management (at least 3 years of experience and preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment).
- A Master's degree in marketing.
- A strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and competitive analysis.
- A proven ability to create compelling product messaging and successfully launch products or features.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with a knack for turning complex technical details into clear, customer-friendly messaging.
- Strong knowledge of sales enablement processes and the ability to create impactful materials like product sheets, battle cards, and pitch decks.
