Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electronics and Mechanical Projects Engineer to join our team at GMV. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring that electronic and mechanical design projects are completed on time and to the required technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with electronic and mechanical engineering teams to ensure that design projects meet defined standards and requirements.
  • Resolve technical issues that may arise during design and development, working closely with designers and other engineers.
  • Generate periodic reports on project status, identifying potential deviations and proposing corrective actions.
  • Maintain continuous communication with suppliers to clarify technical requirements and ensure compatibility of purchased components and materials.
  • Provide technical support on embedded Linux systems, assisting in the integration of electronic designs with embedded operating systems.
Requirements
  • Strong background in electronics, including circuit design, electronic components, and systems.
  • Working knowledge of CAD/CAE tools and electronic design software, such as Altium or OrCAD.
  • Experience in manufacturing, testing, and assembly processes for electronic and mechanical components.
  • Knowledge of embedded Linux systems and ability to work on configurations, optimization, and troubleshooting in embedded hardware environments.
