Payroll Coordinator

CHEP, a leading global logistics company, is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Coordinator to join our EMEA Payroll team. As a Payroll Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payrolls for Southern Europe, across all entities within the Brambles group.
Key Responsibilities:- Process payrolls on managed service and outsourced platforms, adhering to statutory and business compliance requirements.
- Investigate and correct errors in the case of system or process issues.
- Prepare monthly payrolls according to schedule, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Ensure segregation of duties and data protection standards are met.
- Manage vendors, including integration of new systems and vendors.
- Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to ensure systems and processes meet best practice.
- Demonstrable interest in payroll operations or HR/payroll qualification.
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Business acumen and ability to navigate to achieve results.
- Attention to detail, with experience working with remote locations.
Essential: English, Spanish
Preferred Education:Degree and equivalent - Human Resources Management
Preferred Level of Work Experience:1-3 years
