Payroll Coordinator

At Empresa Reconocida, we're looking for a skilled Payroll Coordinator to join our team. As a Payroll Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day payroll administration on managed service and outsourced platforms.
- Meet statutory and business compliance requirements.
- Investigate and correct errors in the case of system or process issues.
- Prepare monthly payrolls according to schedule, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure segregation of duties and data protection standards are met.
- Manage vendors, including integration of new systems and vendors.
- Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to ensure systems and processes meet best practice.
- 1-2 years of payroll experience.
- SAP In-house payroll processing experience.
- Fluent level of English.
- Payroll vendor or Social Insurance experience is a plus.
- A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
