Payroll Coordinator

CHEP, a leading global logistics company, is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Coordinator to join our EMEA Payroll team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing payrolls for Southern Europe, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:- Process payrolls for Southern Europe, ensuring compliance with statutory and business requirements.
- Work with third-party providers to ensure seamless payroll processing.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to meet their payroll requirements.
- Investigate and resolve any payroll errors or discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly payrolls, documentation, and reports.
- Ensure segregation of duties and data protection standards are met.
- Manage vendor relationships and integrate new systems.
- Work with internal and external audit teams to ensure compliance with best practices.
- Demonstrable interest in payroll operations or HR/payroll qualification.
- MS Office intermediate skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Business acumen and attention to detail.
- Experience working with administrative functions is a plus.
Essential: English, Spanish
Preferred Education:Degree and equivalent - Human Resources Management
Preferred Level of Work Experience:1-3 years
