Payroll Coordinator

CHEP, a leading global supply chain solutions provider, is seeking a skilled Payroll Coordinator to join our EMEA Payroll team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing payrolls for Southern Europe, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:- Process payrolls for Southern Europe, adhering to statutory and business compliance requirements.
- Investigate and correct errors in payroll processing, ensuring seamless execution.
- Prepare monthly payrolls, documentation, and reports, under supervision.
- Manage vendor relationships, integrating new systems and vendors as needed.
- Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to ensure compliance with best practices.
- Demonstrable interest in payroll operations or HR/payroll qualification.
- Intermediate MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Business acumen, with knowledge of each business and ability to navigate to achieve results.
- Attention to detail, with experience working with remote locations.
Essential: English, Spanish
Preferred Education:Degree and equivalent - Human Resources Management
Preferred Level of Work Experience:1 - 3 years
