Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Coordinator to join our EMEA Payroll team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for processing payrolls for Southern Europe, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payrolls for Southern Europe, ensuring compliance with statutory and business requirements.
- Work closely with third-party providers to ensure seamless payroll processing.
- Investigate and resolve any errors or discrepancies in payroll processing.
- Prepare monthly payrolls, documentation, and reports under supervision.
- Ensure segregation of duties and data protection standards are met.
- Manage vendor relationships, including integration of new systems and vendors.
- Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to ensure compliance with best practices.
Requirements
- Demonstrable interest in payroll operations or HR/payroll qualification.
- MS Office intermediate skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) desirable.
- Business acumen and ability to navigate complex business processes.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with remote locations.
- Experience in administrative functions is a plus.
