KAM Support & Document Management Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to manage, evaluate, develop, and lead our Customer Service teams to ensure the effective implementation and execution of our customer service and administration strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • People Management:
    • Facilitate information sharing and create a collaborative working environment.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Team Development:
    • Drive competence development in the team.
    • Identify and address skill gaps to ensure team members have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
  • Performance Management:
    • Monitor and lead team performance to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
    • Use data and metrics to drive decision-making and improve team performance.
  • Customer Centricity:
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
    • Ensure team members are equipped to handle customer complaints and issues effectively.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Manage team operations within budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Ensure processes are followed according to defined global processes.
  • Results-Oriented:
    • Meet KPI targets and ensure team performance is aligned with company goals and objectives.
    • Continuously monitor and evaluate team performance to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • People leadership skills.
  • Native speaker of Spanish; good level of English is an asset; Italian and Portuguese are a plus.
  • IT knowledge.
  • Prior working experience in Customer Service or Administration and team leading.
  • Customer Management skills.
  • Higher vocational diploma in technical or commercial sciences.
