Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing the visual merchandising strategy as directed by the Digital Trading Manager
- Conducting regular site audits to ensure product displays, recommendations, and search results align with the planned strategy
- Assisting in optimizing on-site search performance by managing synonyms, filters, and search results to enhance user experience and drive conversions
- Supporting A/B tests to validate merchandising strategies and improve site performance
You will also be responsible for ensuring that all communications across CRM platforms reflect current seasonality, weather conditions, and stock investments. This includes regularly checking product availability and ensuring correct linking within CRM campaigns, newsletters, and push notifications.
