Job Description:Teleperformance Spain is a leading provider of customer experience management and contact center services. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nordic Business Growth Specialist to join our team in Barcelona.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality leads to our internal New Business Sales teams across the European markets. This will involve prospecting high-potential customers, assessing company potential, and conducting eligibility checks using internal tools.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry trends and digital landscapes, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will be able to work autonomously and report back on progress daily, while also being able to think strategically and follow market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect high-quality leads for internal New Business Sales teams
- Assess company potential using provided guidelines and online tools
- Conduct eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisition
- Stay up-to-date with industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting
- Deliver a set of leads based on agreed quarterly targets
- Provide weekly reporting and analysis of work in a presentable format
Requirements:
- 1 year experience in digital advertising or market research
- Minimum education level of 2nd year college or higher education
- B2 level or higher of the market being supported
- Native level of Swedish/Norwegian/Danish/Finnish
- Advanced level of English
- Intermediate spreadsheet skills (ability to work with pivot tables, vlookups, etc)
