Our client, Netatmo, develops innovative, connected consumer electronics that provide a seamless experience for users. Their products help create a safe, healthy, comfortable, and eco-friendly environment.

Job Title: Technical Support Agent

As a Technical Support Agent, you will handle technical inquiries and strive for first-contact resolution, providing adequate solutions with a positive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Understand and respond to client requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Analyze client situations to provide quick and effective solutions.
  3. Identify technical incidents, diagnose them, and provide suitable solutions.
  4. Organize product returns and follow up on exchanges and repairs.

Requirements:

  1. A fluent level of Italian (spoken and written).
  2. A high level of English.
  3. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  4. The ability to empathize with customers, analyze their problems, and offer individual solutions.
  5. Experience working in a dynamic, multicultural team, responding to customer demands for various products.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively, be easy-going, and adapt quickly to new environments.

Benefits:

  1. Full-time position with 39 hours/week.
  2. Salary: €19,500.00 gross per year.
  3. Bonus: Performance-related bonus up to €150 gross per month.
  4. Holidays: 24 calendar days Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu.
  5. Hybrid work arrangement: 3 to 4 days at the office.
  6. Training: 4 weeks of full-time training based at the office.
  7. Office location: Barcelona (La Sagrera).
