Job Description

As a Technical Support Agent, you will handle technical queries and strive for first-contact resolution. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding and responding to client requests
  • Analyzing client situations to reply quickly and efficiently
  • Identifying technical incidents, apprehending them, and providing an appropriate solution
  • Offering adequate solutions with a positive approach
  • Organizing product returns and following up on exchanges and repairs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A fluent level of Italian (spoken and written)
  • A high level of English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to put yourself in our customers' shoes and offer individual solutions
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to work within a team
