About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Growth Account Manager to join our high-performing European sales team at LRQA. This role requires a strong sales professional who can work independently in a mixed sales role of both new business development and account management to maximize sales opportunities within existing and new accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Build a Strong Sales Pipeline: Develop and build a strong Southern European sales pipeline in line with revenue targets set by the Head of Sales Europe.
  2. Business Development and Account Management: Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new accounts, and manage existing in-region accounts to maximize sales opportunities and revenue growth.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the LRQA Cyber teams, regional Spanish and Southern Europe LRQA Group sales team, and other stakeholders to generate and close sales opportunities.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Identify client needs and review their requirements to sell tailored Cyber Security solutions, and manage client relationships to ensure high-quality sales documentation and smooth project delivery.
  5. Forecasting and Reporting: Provide timely and accurate regional sales forecasts to the Head of Sales Europe on a weekly basis, and ensure the sales opportunity funnel and client CRM information is managed efficiently.
Requirements
  1. Previous Sales Experience: Previous experience in a Cyber Security based sales role covering both new business and/or account management activities.
  2. Language Skills: Strong written and spoken Spanish and English skills, with any additional European languages being beneficial.
  3. Sales Skills: A natural sales hunter ability to find and generate new business opportunities within new business and existing accounts, and demonstrable experience building long-term and trusted relationships with client accounts.
  4. Target Achievement: Demonstrable experience of achieving and exceeding sales targets, and previous experience working with C-level and influential technical or Cyber related audiences within the sales process.
  5. Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent listening and consultative communication skills, and excellent presentation and delivery skills to capture an audience.
  6. Cyber Security Knowledge: A good understanding of the Cyber security landscape (threats, advancements, frameworks), and breadth of general knowledge and experience across Cyber Security services, solutions, and competitive markets.
