- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work with station management and other stakeholders to identify and resolve process-related issues, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
As a Process Improvement Manager, you will be at the forefront of enhancing Amazon's logistics, focusing on improving safety, productivity, and quality. Your responsibilities will include running observations and audits to identify areas for enhancement, recommending changes, and implementing new processes using project management and stakeholder management skills.
You will be based at one of our sites and be accountable for positively influencing operational efficiency at the site. If needed, you will conduct analysis at other local or national sites. You will have the opportunity to share best practices and ideas with our EU network, using data to drive improvements and grow our shipping capabilities.
Basic Qualifications- A degree in business, supply chain, transportation, economics, or a technical field.
- Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.
- Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
While not required, experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques, as well as proficiency in supporting tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP, MS Excel, and MS Access), is highly valued.
