Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Personal Assistant to join our Family Office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to the Family, ensuring seamless execution of tasks, and maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support for the Family, including diary management, travel coordination, and paperwork
  • Property administration, including liaison with House Managers and other stakeholders
  • Financial management, including budgeting, invoicing, and cash flow monitoring
  • Event planning, including organizing parties, dinners, and other social events
  • General problem-solving and troubleshooting

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English and Russian
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
