Senior Data Analyst with Portuguese Language Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Associate with expertise in Portuguese language to join our OPTIMA Shopping Operations team at Amazon. As a key player on our elite annotation and data analysis team, you will be responsible for processing a variety of tasks with exceptional efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Task Management: Dive into a diverse array of annotation and data analysis tasks, consistently meeting or exceeding key performance metrics.
- Team Collaboration: Provide hands-on floor support to the Operations Manager, working closely with Data Associates to help prioritize their workload and deliver on business-critical needs.
- Operational Metrics: Track and report on crucial operational metrics of Data Associates, ensuring flawless delivery on all KPIs and SLAs.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with your team to identify and implement process efficiencies, continuously enhancing productivity.
- Decision Making: Apply your sound judgment to make informed decisions within established guidelines and procedures.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Portuguese (C1/C2 level), with a special focus on writing and editing skills and a strong command of grammar.
- Technical Skills: Excellent MS Office skills.
- Experience: Previous experience in content creation, copywriting, or editorial work.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like computer science, linguistics, or data science (preferred).
- Knowledge: Familiarity with AI, NLP, and prompt engineering concepts.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
- Passion: Passion for improving customer experiences through innovative technology.
