- Support to Operations Manager: Provide hands-on support to the Operations Manager, working closely with Data Associates to help prioritize their workload and deliver on business-critical needs.
- Operational Metrics Tracking: Track and report on crucial operational metrics of Data Associates, ensuring flawless delivery on all KPIs and SLAs.
