Dutch Customer Support Specialist in Seville

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill a key role in our team. This position requires native-level proficiency in Dutch and advanced proficiency in English. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of quality in all interactions.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating with markets, retailers, and internal stakeholders.
* Liaise with external suppliers to address and resolve premium customer requests.
* Solve customers' requests by offering exquisite treatment and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Manage incidents efficiently and guide management to customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Advanced Dutch level (minimum C2).
* Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1).
* Excellent coordination and communication skills.
* Proactive and solution-oriented.
Offer:
* Permanent contract.
* Availability required between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Friday.
* Possibility of extra income for availability outside of regular hours.
* Salary up to €26,500/year.
* Paid training for 3 weeks.
