We are a boutique corporate agency that recruits selective personnel to act as Corporate Officers.

Remuneration can come in one of the 3 forms, executive fees, salary or a percentage of quarterly profits.

The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Designing business strategies in line with Company's vision and objectives.
  • All general office administration functions and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
  • Working with various stakeholders to ensure business strategies are effectively rolled out.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for any general office and/or facility related concern.
  • Driving business efficiency and profitability by identifying and implementing process improvements to optimise performance wherever possible.
  • Supporting on-boarding/off-boarding of staff.
  • Developing and communicating internal guidelines and best practices with respect to your overall responsibilities.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Business Manager / Chief of Staff or Office Manager role, ideally within the corporate services industry.
  • You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
  • You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • You can work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively.
  • You possess excellent communication and business-facing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
