Job Title: Health and Safety Manager - Europe & Middle East

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team in Europe & Middle East. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective health and safety programs and initiatives across our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on health and safety best practices and procedures.
  • Investigate incidents and near misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with store managers, country leaders, and other stakeholders to address safety concerns and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and execute emergency management plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Maintain accurate records related to health and safety activities, including incident reports and training records.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in a health and safety role at a similar level, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective health and safety programs.
  • Knowledge, certification, and qualification in relevant health and safety courses and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced retail environment.
