Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Health and Safety Programs: Create and implement comprehensive health and safety programs that meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

- Provide Training and Support: Provide training and support to store managers, employees, and other stakeholders to ensure they understand health and safety policies and procedures.
- Investigate Incidents and Near Misses: Investigate incidents and near misses to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Regulations: Stay up-to-date with changing health and safety regulations and industry best practices to ensure our organization remains compliant.
- Relevant Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a health and safety role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Knowledge and Certification: Possess relevant health and safety certifications and qualifications, such as NEBOSH or IOSH.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
