About the Role

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results at Mondelēz International. You will be responsible for converting deep insights into actionable strategies and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop consumer selling stories using data-driven approaches
  • Provide expert guidance on shopper segmentation principles and applications
  • Cultivate social intelligence to uncover rich cultural trends and leverage growth opportunities
  • Generate behavior-changing insights and identify effective engagement levers
  • Optimize business performance through data-driven decision making
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in using retailer/customer data, shopper insights, and analytics in FMCG/CPG industries
  • High proficiency in business tools (Excel, PowerPoint) with expertise in data modeling and visualization (Tableau)
  • In-depth knowledge of analyzing and creating visualizations of large datasets
  • Experience in presenting to retail teams and negotiation planning/joint business planning
  • Strong knowledge of market segmentation models
  • Proven track record in persuasively influencing and aligning key stakeholders
About the Team:

This role sits centrally at a Pan-European level, reporting directly to the Sr. Director of the EU Shopper Insight COE. The successful candidate will partner closely with the EU Central Sales Capability teams, including eCommerce, World Travel Retail & European Export, Revenue Growth Management, and Perfect store + International Customer & buying alliance teams.
