Job Summary
Empresa Reconocida is seeking a highly skilled Security Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Cybersecurity Operations team, you will be responsible for managing complete security incidents, from detection to remediation. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Complete Security Incidents Process, including detection, analysis, response, and remediation.
- Manage the Change Process, including simple changes and participation in complex changes for perimeter security devices.
- Manage Vulnerability Detection and remediation processes, ensuring compliance with defined SLAs.
- Investigate incidents, perform basic triage activities, and escalate to Security Specialists as needed.
- Proactively identify process improvements and report them to management.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer/end-user service and support team.
- Demonstrable experience in managing Change Management Process and Response Process for Mitigate/Remediate or Content Security Incidents.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to comprehend complex systems and processes.
