Job Summary:
The Physical Security Systems Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining various security systems related to physical security in Iron Mountain Data Centers. This role will configure, install, maintain, and upgrade security systems hardware and software with vendor support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain access control, CCTV, biometric, asset, and visitor management systems and their related workflows.
- Provide operational support for the organization's physical security systems and peripheral equipment.
- Execute day-to-day upkeep, management, and triage of security systems.
- Support projects based on the company's growth roadmap and site-driven improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with site security management to ensure smooth physical security operations at applicable IMDC facilities.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of physical security systems experience.
- Detailed technical knowledge working with systems such as Honeywell ProWatch, Avigilon, Traka, Iris ID, Morpho Manager, and ServiceNow.
- Low voltage wiring and installation experience is preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain successful working relationships through effective communication.
- Proficient in communication within all levels of the organization, including customers.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong security and customer service mindset.
- Fluent in English and local language, both speaking and writing.
- Experience in a problem-solving role with a systematic approach is preferred.
