We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused French-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our B2B and B2C clients in French.
Key Responsibilities
- Become an expert in our ERP system and use it to solve problems, claims, and complaints promptly.
- Take care of clients' needs after sales, including repairs, maintenance, and other related tasks.
- Transfer unsolved issues to the concerned departments and provide internal feedback for improvements.
- Collaborate with the Sales team by sharing data to attract new customers.
- Make tests of our products (hardware and software) before the market launch.
- Provide training for new colleagues.

- Bilingual level in French and Upper-Intermediate level in English (B2).
- Great communication skills and ability to work with digital tools.
- Affinity with the technology industry and ability to adapt quickly to new topics or tasks.
