Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Experience Manager to join our Operations & Logistics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers across Europe receive their orders in accordance with our high-quality standards and lead times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advocate for Customers: Act as a champion for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Last Mile Delivery Management: Collaborate with the EU-wide Operations Team to manage last mile delivery, setting customer expectations and benchmarks per market.
  • Market Development and Innovation: Evaluate market developments and services, identifying opportunities to drive superior and/or more cost-effective delivery solutions.
  • Strategic Communication and Relationship Management: Serve as the focal point of contact for strategic communication with Delivery Service Providers (DSPs), managing DSP relationships for long-term cooperation.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Strategy: Monitor customer satisfaction and set priorities and strategies per market to achieve best-in-class customer satisfaction.
  • Country Strategy and Roadmap: Develop long-term country strategies and annual roadmaps to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Graduate Degree or Equivalent: In a relevant discipline, such as logistics or business administration.
  • Logistics Experience: Proven experience in logistics services, with a focus on customer-oriented and challenging logistics-based businesses.
  • Analytical and IT Skills: Advanced analytical competence and proficiency in MS Excel, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.
  • Spanish Last Mile Market Knowledge: Profound knowledge of the Spanish Last Mile market and logistics.
  • Problem-Solving and Results-Oriented: Strong problem-solving skills, with a self-driven and result-oriented work style.
