About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Empresa Reconocida. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our demand planning and supply chain optimization efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement demand planning strategies to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and improve efficiency.
  • Lead a small team of planners and provide guidance on supply chain best practices.
  • Design and implement data analytics tools to support decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, product management, and regions.
  • Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain and logistics, with a focus on demand planning and supply chain optimization.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience leading remote teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth through data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
