Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement supply chain optimization initiatives to improve business performance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including TPM and PLS Commercial Teams, Analytics, Finance, Product & Tech, and Brands
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive complex programs and establish strategic direction
  • Act as a change agent for ongoing innovations and drive business impact through data-driven decision making
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with relevant parties across multiple parts of Expedia
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, open communication, engagement, continuous improvement, and excellent customer service

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in a management consulting background or a similar role in a leading technology company
  • MBA strongly preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to strategize, design, and execute towards ambitious goals
  • Results-oriented with an appetite for driving business impact
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
