About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Fresh Supply Chain Programs team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and scalability of our supply chain operations in Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage supply chain project management initiatives for Fresh in Spain, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  • Identify and drive process improvement opportunities, with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction, collaborating with technical teams, vendors, and operations teams.
  • Manage senior stakeholders from various teams, including retail, tech, and operations, to influence and drive business decisions.
  • Manage and analyze large-scale data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies for the supply chain management of Fresh in Spain, leveraging best practices from other countries, industries, and competitors.
Requirements
  • Multiple years of experience in supply chain management, inventory management, or a related field, with a strong background in project management.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience working with complex data sets and analytical tools, such as Excel and SQL.
  • A business-focused mindset, with a strong ability to work strategically and drive results in a fast-paced online environment.
