About the Role

The Supply Chain Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of Adisseo's supply chain operations. This position is responsible for coordinating the replenishment of raw materials, managing inventory levels, and optimizing production planning to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the processing and monitoring of finished goods contracts/orders to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing.
  • Design and implement strategies for managing production planning to optimize cost, quality, and deadline ratios.
  • Drive the implementation of supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure adequate raw material stock levels for production of finished goods based on replenishment forecasts or direct deliveries to customers.
  • Participate in the implementation of corporate and SBU projects, such as SAP implementation.

Team Management

  • Recruit, select, and develop a high-performing team of supply chain professionals.
  • Measure team performance through regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Ensure effective organization, training, and accountability to maintain a positive social climate.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and management skills to lead a team of supply chain professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
