Job Summary

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead the development of our Fresh Supply Chain Programs for Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business decisions, improving existing processes, and influencing technical teams to develop tools that will shape the future of our Fresh operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supply chain project management strategies for Fresh in Spain.
  • Drive process improvement opportunities, focusing on efficiency and scalability, and collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and operations teams.
  • Manage senior stakeholders from various teams, including retail and tech, and influence others to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage large-scale data to inform decision-making and define the strategy of the supply chain for Fresh in Spain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Multiple years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or project management, with a strong background in strategy consulting.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, Maths, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills, with the ability to drive data-driven argumentation.
  • Experience working with complex data sets and a business-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • A proven track record of taking ownership, driving results, and implementing ideas in a fast-paced online environment.
