About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our Fresh Supply Chain Programs in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and scalability of our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Project Management: Develop and implement supply chain project management strategies for Fresh in Spain, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and drive process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and scalability, collaborating with technical teams, vendors, and operations teams.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage senior stakeholders from various teams, including retail and tech, to influence and drive business decisions.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Manage large-scale data to inform business decisions, using analytical techniques and tools such as Excel and SQL.
  • Supply Chain Strategy: Define the strategy for the Fresh supply chain in Spain, leveraging knowledge from other countries, businesses, industries, and competitors.
Requirements
  • Experience: Multiple years of experience in supply chain management, ideally with project management experience or as a strategy consultant.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, Maths, or a similar field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills, with a strong analytical mindset and ability to work strategically.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and analytical techniques, with experience with SQL a strong plus.
