About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Growth Specialist to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for cultivating deep business relationships with top producers, creators, venues, and stakeholders in the entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain strong partnerships with key industry players.
- Negotiate contracts with major partners to ensure sustainable economics and long-term value.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow a large base of clients.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on partner growth across Germany and internationally.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an intern in a tech company or up to 1 year experience in client management with some sales/tech experience.
- Strong business development and partnership management skills.
- Self-starter mentality with ability to work in a dynamic start-up environment.
- Demonstrated data-driven approach to business and task prioritization.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in German (C2/bilingual) and English.
