About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Trade Marketing Manager to join our Out-of-Home channel team at our headquarters in Barcelona (Viladecans). This is a great opportunity to lead the growth of the category in the out-of-home market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Defining the annual plan for the categories tailored to the RTM type of the out-of-home market, with a primary focus on distributors and Cash & Carry.
  • Designing and developing action plans that include segmentation and action plan by RTM type, definition of priority assortment, and defining and monitoring promotional policies.
  • Developing a strategy to maximize the distributor's execution and their sales force, aligning RTM plans with the priorities and opportunities of operators, and leading the execution of strategic projects with sales teams aimed at winning in the sales force.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a similar Trade Marketing role in the Out-of-Home channel.
  • Experience in the impulse channel, Horeca, and/or Cash & Carry is highly valued.
  • Experience in managing projects with sales teams is essential.
  • Advanced level of Spanish and English.
  • Advanced computer skills in PowerPoint (presentations) and Excel (analysis).
