Job Description: Trade Marketing Manager Analytics - Barcelona

As a Trade Marketing Manager Analytics with Reckitt, you will have the freedom to own the strategy and see the results in stores around the world. The role will play a key role within the Sales team, focusing on three pillars: Tracking, Analytics, and Revenue Management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Owner of Tracking & Action Plan meeting, providing a clear diagnosis on where the opportunities are for the Sales Team; challenge and propose corrective actions on Trade Marketing KPI's.
  • Co-leading shopper insights analysis to leverage category/channel understanding to support strategy definition; support on the design, development, and execution of Catman projects in selected Customers.
  • Leading promotion strategy analysis to increase revenue and optimize ROI (displays and promopacks), combining Finance expertise with business needs; E2E GM Expansion POS Project participation.

KPIs:
  • Growth of net revenue and management of gross margin by customer.
  • Effectively managing and driving Reckitt Benckiser's presence in highly competitive categories.
  • Competing in an increasingly competitive environment to achieve a leading position (category champion) in Reckitt Benckiser's key categories.

Additional Requirements:
  • Educated to a minimum bachelor's degree level ideally in a business-related subject – from a recognized University.
  • The business language in RB is English; therefore, fluency in this language is essential. Fluency in other languages is advantageous.
