Job Description

As a Trade Marketing Manager Analytics at Reckitt Benckiser, you will play a key role in driving business growth and success. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement analytics-driven strategies to optimize trade marketing efforts and improve sales performance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Tracking and Analysis: You will be responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. This will involve developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and other analytics tools to support business decision-making.
  • Analytics and Insights: You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement analytics-driven strategies to drive business growth. This will involve analyzing customer data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Revenue Management: You will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue management strategies to optimize sales performance and improve profitability. This will involve analyzing data on customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Growth of net revenue and management of gross margin by customer.
  • Effectively managing and driving Reckitt Benckiser's presence in highly competitive categories.
  • Competing in an increasingly competitive environment to achieve a leading position (category champion) in Reckitt Benckiser's key categories.
Requirements
  • Educated to minimum bachelor's degree level ideally in a business-related subject – from a recognized University.
  • The business language in RB is English; therefore, fluency in this language is essential.
  • Fluency in other languages is advantageous.
