Job Overview

LevelTen Energy is seeking a seasoned Sr. Account Executive, Developers to accelerate the growth of our platform in the European market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for articulating the value of LevelTen's transaction infrastructure to renewable energy developers and utilities.

We are the leading provider of transaction infrastructure for the renewable energy economy, delivering buyers, sellers, advisors, and financiers the automation software, data management, and standardized contracts needed to facilitate faster, safer renewable energy transactions. Our platform enables more than 13.9 GW of transactions spanning 32 countries in North America and Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Lead subscription sales with a goal of achieving an annual ARR target in an assigned account segment of energy producers.
  • Lead full sales cycles from prospect to close of platform subscription sales.
  • Teaming with assigned Account Managers, negotiate commercial terms for subscription renewals.
  • Build brand visibility within the developer community by attending conferences and speaking to attract new developers to the LevelTen network.
  • Become the expert in how to be indispensable to the assigned segment and represent your customers' needs to marketing, product, and executives.
  • Team Selling: Aligns with the full capacities of the account team, especially Account Managers from the Developer Engagement team.
  • Provide up-to-date and accurate forecasts by actively updating customer and opportunity records in the company's CRM system.
  • Support communications strategy, including PR, social media, events, newsletters, thought leadership pieces, and conferences.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years enterprise selling within energy-related industries.
  • 7+ years full sales cycle experience with established sales methods such as MEDDIC, Challenger, Solutions Selling.
  • Experience selling to Directors, VP's and C-Suite executives.
  • Professional fluency in English is required.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, both in person and via Zoom.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • A can-do attitude, strong sense of urgency, and ability to see opportunity where others see a closed door.
  • Proven track record of consistent goal/quota attainment.
  • Discipline in regard to CRM use and detailed data entry.
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving work environment.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is €80,000-€120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additional incentives may apply.
