About the Role

Jones Lang Lasalle is seeking a highly skilled Debt Structured Finance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our European team, you will play a crucial role in underwriting and executing financing advisory assignments, as well as supporting pitches and other origination activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Underwrite and execute financing advisory assignments across various property sectors and business plans
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models to align with property business plans and financing structures
  • Prepare detailed financing memoranda, summarizing key elements of financing requests, underlying collateral, business plans, market, and sponsorship
  • Assist in lender outreach and coordination, tracking feedback and assisting in marketing financing opportunities
