The Debt Structured Finance team offers a clear career path to business production through the analyst and associate programme. Analyst compensation is highly competitive and is aligned with the success of the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Underwrite all different property sectors and business plans across all major European jurisdictions
- Model detailed unlevered and levered scenarios to align with the base case property business plan, as well as individual financing structures
- Prepare detailed financing memoranda, summarising key elements of the financing request, underlying collateral, business plan, market, and sponsorship
- Assist with the marketing of financing opportunities, helping coordinate lender QA's and tracking feedback
