Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Enhance client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Assist customers with inquiries, resolving issues and promoting a positive experience.
- Meet key performance indicators and sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Norwegian plus a good understanding of English.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or account management is a plus but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
