Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients to drive sales success.
  • Support existing clients to enhance their experience with our products.
  • Achieve sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Identify and leverage upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

We are seeking a proactive individual passionate about assisting customers and driving sales. If you possess fluency in German and a good command of English, previous experience in sales, customer support, or account management is an advantage.
