Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team at Dsm-Firmenich. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with strategic SME client contacts in the Western Europe market.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the perfumery and household industry
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results

Requirements

* 3+ years of experience in perfumery sales or a similar role
* Fluency in Spanish, French, and English
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
