Tender Specialist Job Description

As a Tender Specialist at Stryker Group, you will be the commercial team's trusted partner in the tendering process. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing tender documentation, developing a winning strategy, and coordinating high-quality tender submissions. You will also be responsible for managing the approval process, liaising with colleagues, and gathering supportive data. Additionally, you will analyze tender results, follow metrics and KPIs, and maintain a library of frequently used documents and standard responses. Your role will also involve following up on awarded and lost tenders, collecting and analyzing data, and ensuring compliant processes and adherence to pricing policies.

Requirements

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in law or a related field.
  • You are fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, and have a professional level of English.
  • You have up to 5 years of experience as a tender specialist in public procurement or the private sector.
