Pamplona Field Applications Specialist

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a highly skilled Field Applications Specialist to join our team in Pamplona. As a key member of our Customer Care Dx Organisation, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients while installing and maintaining diagnostic instrumentation and systems in hospital and stand-alone laboratory environments.
Key Responsibilities- Use critical thinking to resolve application issues, train customers, and verify the operational performance and data quality of systems.
- Develop and build knowledge to understand the industry, company, products, tools, and team.
- Provide excellent professional support and training to Beckman Coulter's customers.
- Maintain customer support logs and internal records in a timely manner, resolving issues to deliver a high-quality Customer Experience.
- Develop commercial awareness through cross-functional support of the business to increase growth opportunities and demonstrate to our Customers our pioneering innovation solutions and new products for the market.
- University Scientific degree + Min 1 year experience in Clinical Laboratory.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Ability to interact with customers on a detailed scientific basis to ensure customer needs are fulfilled.
- Ability to travel and provide service in assigned geography, as well as periodic travel to other areas and overnight travel.
- Ability to work flexible hours as per the business needs.
