Key Responsibilities- Design and Implement Network Security Solutions: Develop and implement highly available, fault-tolerant, and automated network security solutions, including firewalls, proxies, and web application firewalls.
- Define Security Processes and Procedures: Define processes, procedures, and guidelines for driving the evolution of security networks to be automated, orchestrated, and software-based.
- Identify and Analyze Security Weaknesses: Proactively identify weak areas and inefficiencies across security policies and infrastructure, and analyze root causes of problems to identify areas for enhancement.
- Review and Approve Technical Designs: Review and approve technical designs, specifications, and statement of work documents to ensure they meet the company's security standards.
- Consult and Troubleshoot IT Infrastructure Issues: Consult, troubleshoot, and solve IT infrastructure issues working with business partners, IT teams, and other stakeholders, and provide subject matter expertise support for major incidents as needed.
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT in a large enterprise environment, with 2 years' hands-on experience in troubleshooting and configuring security devices.
- Strong Knowledge of Networks: Strong knowledge of networks, including Cisco certification.
- Understanding of Security Technologies: Strong understanding of Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, Netskope, and F5 technologies, with official certification in these technologies a plus.
- Knowledge of ITIL Processes: Knowledge of ITIL processes and methodologies to deliver high-quality support to meet customers' needs, a plus.
- Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage projects with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English: Fluent English language skills.
